Dear Friends in China

Dear friends and colleagues in China,

Vape Gourmet has had a very difficult time dealing with your fellow e-cigarette suppliers.  We have already ordered samples from three Chinese companies and we have pricing for at least 3 more.  In order to make things work right from the start, we wish to establish a few rules first:

  1. Vape Gourmet is just getting started, but we have VERY big plans for growth.
  2. Right NOW we need extremely low minimum orders in order to ramp up our sales.
  3. We also need VERY low prices.
  4. We need our products branded.
  5. We have custom packaging needs.
  6. We may request simple customizations in order to have unique products to sell.  You may NOT sell these custom products to ANYONE else without our prior approval.
  7. We do NOT want cartomizers.
  8. We do NOT want disposable e-cigarettes.
  9. We REQUIRE consistent, high quality manufacturing. (We have had chargers burn out as soon as they were plugged in.)
  10. When we order, we expect our packages to arrive at our company safely and in a reasonable time. (Three months is not reasonable.)
  11. If you make an error with our order, YOU are responsible for fixing that error in a timely manner.
  12. Our first few orders will be VERY low numbers to make sure your quality is good and that you can fulfill our needs.
  13. Once we choose a supplier and ramp up our sales, we will be ordering MUCH larger numbers, and maintaining a warehouse in the USA.
  14. Please make sure the Chinese Company representative who communicates with us has a real, working knowledge of how to read and write English.

ALSO: Many Chinese suppliers have web sites that look very unprofessional to English speaking customers.  If you would like, Vape Gourmet can design you a better web site and correct your English so that it makes sense to people in English speaking countries.  We are very good at that.
